At E Dirt London, we specialise in high-value electric dirt bikes and machinery. Due to the size, weight, and value of our products, please read the following shipping information carefully before placing an order.

1. Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect from our depot in Ashford.

We strongly recommend Click & Collect wherever possible due to the value and specialist nature of our products.

Collection times are strictly by appointment only.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Valid photo ID
  • Order confirmation

2. Shipping Options

We also offer UK delivery on selected products.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable. Due to the weight and dimensions of certain products, some orders may require specialist courier services or pallet delivery.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Delays may occur due to courier availability, logistics, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.
  • We reserve the right to contact customers after purchase regarding additional delivery requirements or charges for remote locations.

3. Risk & Liability

Electric dirt bikes and related machinery are high-value items.

While we take care in packaging and dispatching orders, E Dirt London Ltd is not liable for:

  • Damage occurring during transit
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Courier mishandling
  • Loss after successful delivery confirmation
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect customer information

Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

We strongly recommend that customers:

  • Inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival
  • Report any visible damage before signing for goods
  • Arrange their own parcel, transit, or specialist insurance where appropriate

Where possible, we recommend selecting Click & Collect to minimise transit-related risks.

4. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Failure to respond to courier communication
  • Missed delivery appointments

additional shipping or storage charges may apply before re-delivery can be arranged.

5. Delivery Restrictions

Certain products may:

  • Require adult signature on delivery
  • Be restricted to UK mainland delivery only
  • Require specialist transportation arrangements

We reserve the right to refuse shipment where delivery is deemed unsafe, impractical, or excessively remote.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:
